- Child from 5.99 up to 11.99 years old - will be charged 700 EGP / Child / night.

In case of Cancellation 24 Hours prior to arrival date or in case of no show, Full Stay Cancellation fees will be applied. (Individual & Groups)

● In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date 50% of stay cancellation fees to be charged (Individuals)

● In case of Cancellation, the reservation amount will be reflected to your bank account with 2 % deductions of bank fees.

● Any amendments will be subject to availability & applicable rates

● In case of Groups amend dates or cancellation, the policy to be applied as per confirmation letter and the hotel occupancy situation.

 Yes! your furry friend is allowed! For your comfortable stay, a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Pets must be informed to the Reservations team with full details.
