Superior Studios

Our Superior Studios are thoughtfully designed with four distinct interior plans, each tailored to provide a comfortable and stylish stay. Every studio features:

• King Bed / Double beds: A luxurious bed for restful nights.
• Bathroom: A modern and fully equipped bathroom for your convenience.
• Kitchenette: A compact  kitchenette with a coffee tray and a kettle. 
• Living Area: Includes a TV unit and a cozy sofa space, perfect for relaxation.

These studios offer a blend of functionality and style, catering to different preferences while ensuring a consistent level of comfort. With a splendid panoramic view of the sea and greenery 

Single room : 3,900 EGP per night

Double Room : 4,900 EGP per night

 Single room : 4,200 EGP per night

Double Room : 5,200 EGP per night

-Above rates are inclusive of 12% service charge and all applicable taxes.

- Above rate exclude Peak Period & public holidays.

- Above rates are based on Half Board Basis.

- Above rates are in Egyptian pounds, per room per night.

- Above rates are valid for Egyptians residence only.

Maximum 02 children sharing parents’ room age up to 11/99 y/o

- Child up to 5.99 years old - free accommodation and meals.

- Child from 5.99 up to 11.99 years old - will be charged 700 EGP / Child / night.

In case of Cancellation 24 Hours prior to arrival date or in case of no show, Full Stay Cancellation fees will be applied. (Individual & Groups)

● In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date 50% of stay cancellation fees to be charged (Individuals)

● In case of Cancellation, the reservation amount will be reflected to your bank account with 2 % deductions of bank fees.

● Any amendments will be subject to availability & applicable rates

● In case of Groups amend dates or cancellation, the policy to be applied as per confirmation letter and the hotel occupancy situation.

 Yes! your furry friend is allowed! Pets must be informed to the Reservations team with full details.
